NOTICE: This Sweepstakes is intended for legal residents aged eighteen (18) or older of the United States and the District of Columbia only. This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not eligible and are not located in the United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By submitting an entry, you understand that you are submitting your information to Bedrock Truck Beds. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant waives, discharges and releases Instagram and Facebook from any and all liability associated with the Sweepstakes.
1. Eligibility
The “Bedrock Truck Beds Turtlebox Speaker Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Bedrock Truck Beds, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstake. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time (“CST”) on May 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CST on June 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
Via Instagram or Facebook
During the Sweepstakes Period, Bedrock Truck Beds will post a Sweepstakes call to action post on its Instagram and Facebook pages.
To enter:
Limit one (1) entry per person/social media account.
Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same social media account to submit an entry. Entries must be submitted manually by the entrant. Automated or repetitive submissions, including entries made using bots, scripts, macros, or sweepstakes services, are prohibited and may result in disqualification.
Social media registration is free. By submitting an entry, participants agree to comply with the applicable platform’s terms of use.
Entrants entering through Instagram or Facebook should ensure their account settings allow Sponsor to verify participation. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, damaged, invalid, delayed, or misdirected entries.
Standard data and internet charges may apply based on your wireless carrier or internet provider plan. Entrants are solely responsible for any such charges.
Entry Content Restrictions
Entries may not contain content that:

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or not in compliance with these Official Rules.
By submitting an entry, entrant represents and warrants that the entry is original and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
All eligible entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CST on June 30, 2026.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants grant Bedrock Truck Beds a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise utilize submitted content, names, likenesses, and social media handles for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Entrants further acknowledge that submitted content may be edited, adapted, or used in conjunction with other promotional materials by Sponsor.
6. Sweepstakes Drawing
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about July 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted by email associated with the entrant’s social media account.
The selected winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding the prize.
8. Prize Details
Grand Prize (1 Total):
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $527.50
Prize is nontransferable, and no cash substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize not specifically stated herein.
9. Limitations of Liability and Release
Bedrock Truck Beds and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and representatives are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, delayed, or misdirected entries or technical failures of any kind.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bedrock Truck Beds, Instagram, Facebook, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, photographs, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
11. Choice of Law
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
